All cut goods: fabric, lace, ribbon, trim, etc. are final sale.

All other returns must be made within 21 days from shipping date, in original condition, with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) obtained from our Return Department [Email] for exchange or store credit.

We do not credit shipping and handling charges.
